Mitchell is a licensed and registered physiotherapist in good standing with the NL College of Physiotherapists and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from MUN and his Master’s degree in physical therapy from Queen’s University.
Mitchell enjoys fostering partnerships with his clients and working together to achieve their goals. He believes thorough assessment and communication are essential to tailoring an effective and individualized treatment plan. In his free time, Mitchell enjoys watching sports, hiking, and camping.

Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland and a Master’s degree of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. With over five years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Taylor has developed a specialized interest in pelvic health, furthering her expertise through continuing education in the treatment of conditions such as urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, pelvic organ prolapse, and pelvic pain. In her free time, Taylor enjoys hiking with her dog, Theo, and indulging in a good romance book.
